Beto’s Corner

Beto and Wanda began their business selling their signature burritos out of a vending cart, on the corner of Montezuma Castle Highway and Cliffhouse Drive. Over the years their popularity as well as their business grew to become as much a local favorite as a favorite stopping place for travelers headed to Northern Arizona.

Cliff Castle Casino-Hotel

Castle Casino-Hotel Guests can enjoy fine dining at our award-winning Storytellers Gourmet Steakhouse. We offer family dining at The Gallery restaurant, tasty burgers at Johnny Rockets, and casual dining at The Gathering restaurant inside the hotel. Guests can relax at any of our cocktail lounges, which include Fables, Cliff Dwellers and The Gutter.

Crusty’s Pizza

Crusty’s has been around almost as long as Camp Verde has been a town. Serving up fresh antipasto salads, pizzas loaded with toppings and fresh sub sandwiches, Crusty’s is a household name among the locals. Stop in and see why.

Fort Verde State Historic Park

Fort Verde State Historic Park is the best-preserved example of an Indian Wars period fort in Arizona. Visitors can experience three historic house museums listed on the National and State Register of Historic Places. The former fort administration building houses the Visitor Center with exhibits, artifacts from military life, and history of the Indian Wars.

Gabriela’s Taco Shop

Home of the gimungous burrito, Gabriela’s is sure to please the hungry traveler. Open for Breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week, Gabriela’s is conveniently located at the intersection of State Route 260 and Interstate 17.

Hauser’s Sweet Corn Stand

Every summer, for the last 35 years, from around the Fourth of July to Labor Day weekend, the Hauser Family Farm opens their corn stand on Montezuma Castle Highway. Their Verde Valley sweet corn draws people from throughout northern Arizona as well as the Phoenix valley.

La Fonda

Founded in 1957 by brothers Sylvester, Frank Sr. and Albert Garcia, La Fonda has gained a reputation for quality Sonoran style Mexican food in the Verde Valley, Flagstaff and Prescott Valley. Today, the family’s third generation has the same dedication to detail that’s made it one of the busiest restaurants in the area.

Las Margaritas

It’s tough not to pass through Camp Verde on State Route 260 without seeing the sign for Las Margaritas. A full bar with weekly beer specials and namesake Margaritas, make this Mexican food restaurant stand out.

Summer Place Pecan Farm

This valley produces the perfect combination of Western, Mohawk and Wichita Pecans. Herbicide and Pesticide-free, our Pecans are pure heaven in any manner of cooking or fresh from the shell. Sutler’s Steak House

This restaurant serves made-from-scratch meals that feature local meats and breads. Sutler’s Steakhouse is located in Camp Verde’s historic Sutler’s Store building.

Thanks-A-Latte

Thanks A Latte not only serves great coffee (that we roast ourselves) and lattes, we also offer a light breakfast menu and lunch menu with a variety of sandwiches and salads. Our outdoor patio area is very comfortable and pet friendly! Stop by and have a fruit smoothie or a slice of our homemade carrot cake.

Udderly Divine

Udderly Divine is a quaint ice cream shop specializing in cold sandwiches, homemade soups, homemade pies and cold drinks with many yummy ice cream treats. This restaurant is housed in the Wingfield Building, one of the most historic and iconic buildings in Camp Verde.

For the last 21 years the Verde Café has been a Main Street institution, serving great comfort food breakfasts and lunches at affordable pricing, seven days a week. Open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

Wingfield Bread Company

Rachelle and Julian Pozza bake bread the old fashioned way, starting with the grinding of their own whole grain wheat. The finished product is a nutritious work of art that taste like nothing you have ever had. Wingfield’s is open Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 to 5.
