Tlaquepaque & The Marigold Mural Project

“Unable are the loved to die. For love is immortality.” – Emily Dickinson
Loss is personal and can sometimes be hard to express just how to share those feelings or what to do. We’ve found, often when visitors explore Sedona Verde Valley, they want to remember lost loved ones even more. This time of year can stir up feelings and draw on the desire to create lasting memories, but what to do? Visit Tlaquepaque and discover a new way to remember those loved ones.
This week at Tlaquepaque from November 4-7, the “Tree of Life: Messages of Love” mural to honor lost loved ones is available to share messages to those lost. Everyone is invited to bring or share a contribution for the mural. Suggestions include a letter, photo, drawing, painting, or even just a name. Submit yours to [email protected], or stop by in person from 11:00am-5:00pm daily and use the note cards and markers supplied.
When you visit Sedona Verde Valley, may you find peace, comfort, and the ability to remember and honor your loved ones in an inspiring way.
