Parks & Recreation Day Trips

January 4, 2019 – Sign up for our next two trips with Camp Verde Parks & Recreation to warmer spots! Join us Friday January 18 at the Desert Caballeros Museum in Wickenburg. Check out the western art from Frederic Remington, Charles M. Russell and many others. Enjoy historic western artifacts and displays of pioneer ranch life, equipment, wagons, store fronts & more. You can also explore Arizona’s “most western” town on foot with its public art, shops galleries and restaurants in the warm sun. Adults are $32 and Seniors and Children are $26.

On Friday February 1 come with us to the Commemorative Air Force Museum at Falcon Field in Mesa. See historic war planes and associated memorabilia from World War II inside two big hangers as well as outside. Also check out the new exhibits featuring WW I and a Huey UH-1B helicopter from Vietnam. Bring your own lunch or grab a bite across the street at one of the restaurants. Adults are $32 and Seniors and Children are $28.

Our trips leave at 9:00 am from Parks & Recreation in Camp Verde and return at 4 pm. Relax and enjoy the ride in our comfortable walk on shuttle bus while we do the driving.
